We are accepting rent payments through Pay Pal. For those who wish to use this service, the tenants name and apartment number is required in the text field when submitting payment. Any rent received without a name and apartment number will not be applied.

  • To take advantage of this service, the user must create a PayPal account. Those who request assistance setting up an account may put in a Service Coordinator request and one of our Service Coordinators would be happy to assist.

  • Those who pay with their bank account will not be charged a fee through PayPal.

    There are associated fees charged by PayPal for those paying with a Credit Card.
